Burrata Flatbread

Say goodbye to pizza and hello to flatbread! Our delicious Burrata Flatbreads are easy to make, and with just a few simple, tasty toppings, they’re an extraordinary snack! If pizzaria aroma of the dough and soft Italian cheese (and the flavorful taste!) aren’t enough, let your guests mix things up with their own ingredients, or try these simple, classic combinations!


  • 2 Flat breads
  • 1 Package of fresh burrata mozzarella
  • 4-6 Basil leaves
  • 4-6 Fresh figs (sliced)
  • Extra virgin olive oil


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Heat the flatbread for a couple of minutes--warm but still soft (3-5 minutes)
  3. Spread the burrata on the bread, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Place the figs and basil on top
  5. Place back in the oven for 4-5 minutes more
  6. Cut and serve
