Chimichurri Flank Steak

It’s not hard to love our Chimichurri Flank Steak — and it’s even easier to enjoy! With a homemade chimichurri marinade and garnish, it’s a fantastic addition to any backyard BBQ or cookout!


  • 1 Flank Steak
  • 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Italian Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Limes (Juiced)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt


  1. Puree parsley, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in food processor.
  2. Reserve half of the chimichurri puree in a bowl and save in the refrigerator to pour over the steak after grilling.
  3. In a bowl or plastic Ziploc bag, use the remaining half of the chimichurri puree to marinade the flank steak.
  4. Marinate overnight for best results.
  5. Grill both sides of the steak until desired doneness.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes, slice and top with chimichurri puree.
