Fruit Dessert Pizza

Adding pizza to your menu is always a great idea! Our Fruit Dessert Pizza recipe provides a feast for your eyes as well as your taste buds. Simply top with your favorite fruits, chill, and enjoy!


    Cookie Pie Crust

  • ½ cup softened Butter
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1¼ cups all purpose Flour
  • Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • Zest of one Lemon


    Cookie Pie Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Using an electric mixer, combine the butter, egg and sugar until creamy.
  3. Slowly add in flour.
  4. Roll out dough on a floured surface into a circle like a pizza.
  5. Dough should be ½ inch thick and 10 – 12 inches in diameter.
  6. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool 15 – 20 minutes before topping with frosting and fruit.

  9. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and lemon zest.
  10. Spread on cooled cookie pie.
  11. Place your favorite sliced fruit on top and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  12. Cut in pizza shaped slices and serve.
