Yogurt & Granola Parfaits

There is no treat sweeter first thing in the morning than a Yogurt & Granola Parfait! And with BACARDI® Mixers’ homemade granola, these little cups of heaven are even more perfect!



  • ½ lb Butter
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 9 cups Oats
  • 3 cups toasted Pecans
  • 1 cup dried Blueberries
  • Parfait

  • 2 – 8 ounce containers of plain Yogurt
  • 2 pints fresh Berries



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a saucepan over medium to low heat, melt the butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Meanwhile, toast pecans in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Remove from oven and cool.In a large bowl, mix the oats and honey mixture.
  5. Divide mixture between 2 sheet trays.
  6. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove and give each pan a shake to stir up mixture.
  8. Return to the oven for 10 minutes more.
  9. Combine ingredients from sheet trays into a bowl and allow to them cool for 15 minutes.
  10. Mix in blueberries and pecans.
  11. Parfait

  12. In a tall glass, make alternate layers of yogurt, granola and fresh berries.
